Terms and conditions

NY State Sales Tax

Customers who are New York State residents will be charged NY state Ulster County sales tax unless we have a tax ID number and resale certificate on file for you prior to placing your order. Please use the NYS ST-120 form completely filled in and signed.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards through Shopify Secure payments, PayPal, check or cash. For check or cash payment we will need to manually enter your order, so please contact us in advance of your order. Sorry but at this time we do not accept payments in cryptocurrency.

For items purchased from the Odds & Ends Collection of our Catalog, all sales are as-is and final, no returns are accepted.

Deposits for Metal Guru Classes and payment for Workshops or Seminars are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposits for Vicious Cycles brand bicycle frames are non-refundable.

Special Orders

If you are seeking a product we do not stock, we would be happy to source it for you. The lead time will be quoted at the time the order is finalized, take note that we usually need to group items to make shipments cost effective, if this causes a delay to your delivery date we will inform you as soon as we can.

Order Edits

If we need to make a change or addition to your order prior to shipment we will either refund any over payment or hold the order for the balance. In this case you will be sent an updated invoice showing any balance due. Once sales tax or shipping has been charged we cannot edit those charges.
