Shipping Policy
We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them, this may vary occasionally based on the volume we are processing at a given time. We ship during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
Domestic shipping
We ship via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and USPS Priority Mail. We offer our discounted rates plus the cost of packaging your items. If you are placing an order that requires expedited shipping please place your order before 2 PM EST (or EDT if in season).
Once your package ships, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
International Shipping
We ship via DHL Express, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Saver or USPS Priority Mail Express International. We do not prepay any import duties, taxes or associated customs clearance fees, therefore these will be the responsibility of the receiver.

Pickup / Will Call
We offer our customers the option to pick up their orders if they prefer. After you select the pick-up option in the shipping section of the cart, we will send an email to determine your packaging needs, and notify you when the parts are ready to pick up. Please note that any customers that use the pickup option will be charged NY State and Ulster County sales tax unless they provide a tax ID number and we have a resale certificate on file prior to placing the order, this applies to all customers regardless of their state of residence.
