The primary role of this job is to support the senior staff to ensure smooth daily operations and production. This position includes working with several departments including fabrication, paint and shipping. Candidates must be a good listener, able to take direction, detail oriented, with a sense of urgency and take pride in their work.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing metal parts for welding, including removing burrs, dirt and oils.
• Packaging products for shipping.
• Receive shipments and keep accurate inventory.
• Substrate preparation of products for paint.
• Facility maintenance, upkeep and housekeeping throughout shop.
We are searching for a paint assistant to help increase productivity in the finishing department and improve workflow by supporting the painter through necessary preparation on in-process jobs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Inventory Clerk to manage our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will handle the end-to-end process of receiving incoming stock, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities:
• Shipping: Pack, label, and dispatch outgoing orders and if necessary, schedule courier pickups.
• Receiving: Unload deliveries, verify contents against packing lists, and check for damage.
• Inventory: Conduct counts, update database records, and maintain an organized warehouse.
• Documentation: Prepare invoices, generate pick tickets, tracking files, and log shipment data.
• Location Management: Assign optimal storage locations for new items to maximize warehouse space and efficiency.
We utilize our CNC mill as much as possible to produce high quality frame building components along with tooling and fixtures for our production machines. Applicant must have knowledge of CNC control operation as well as setting up jobs on the machine.
Responsibilities include:
• 3D modeling in SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
• Manual machining of parts as needed.
• Running jobs on HAAS CNC mill.
• Writing and editing NC code.
• Generating quotations for potential projects.
