Return policy

If you received an item in error or an item was damaged in shipping please contact us via email within two weeks of receiving your order. Once you have the item packed for return we will email you a shipping label to return the item and ship out a replacement.

If you ordered in error or changed your mind about an order you may return the item within 30 days of your purchase. All returns must be in new unused condition. If you send an item back please contact us prior so we can know to expect it. Ship any returns using a service that provides package tracking with delivery confirmation and please pack the item carefully as we cannot issue a refund or credit if we receive a damaged item. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

For items purchased from the Odds & Ends Collection of our Catalog, all sales are as-is and final, no returns are accepted.

Deposits for Metal Guru Classes and payment Workshops or Seminars are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposits for Vicious Cycles brand bicycle frames are non-refundable.
