Tube Bending
Achieve flawless curves without compromise. We utilize a wide variety of press, compression and rotary draw benders producing consistent high-quality smooth radius bends. We have a large array of bending dies and also internal mandrels for additional support. Whether you need subtle tire clearance curves or dramatic aesthetic arcs, we can handle main tubes, seat tubes, chain and seat stays.
Tube Profiles
Fine tune ride characteristics and stand out with unique structural geometries. We can form custom profiles into standard tubing. This includes ovalizing tubes for compliance, crimping chain stays for tire/chainring clearance, or shaping aerodynamics to match your project's unique vision.
Tube Mitering
Save hours of hand-filing work. Using dedicated tube mitering production line of milling machines equipped with quick changeover tooling, we deliver precision-mitered joints matching tight tolerances. We can miter based directly on your digital BikeCAD files.
Tube Swaging
We also can provide tube swaging to taper or reduce diameters for tubes up to 31.8mm diameter with a wide variety of taper dies.
Logo Engraving
Elevate your brand with permanent, high-definition detailing. We offer custom CNC engraving directly onto your head tubes, bottom bracket shells, or dropouts.
Parts Machining
We have in-house CNC milling capabilities, allowing us to create custom machined items from braze-ons to dropouts and disc mounts.
